H13 is the hot work tool steel with good toughness and high temperature resistance . It also owns excellent cutting and polishing performance .After Electro Slag Remelting(ESR).the quality is much better. This grade has found wide acceptance for extrusion dies for aluminum.zinc and copper,die casting molds, forging dies and hot shear blades. It is also an excellent steel for plastic molds.
H11 is a SKS series steel applied in hot rolling metal mold.It is characterized by excellent i***ct toughness. It has good resistance to thermal fatigue cracking (hear checking) and excellent resistance to gross cracking and thermal shock when water cooled in service.Iits application include hot
punches,casting dies,forging dies, hot shear blades,and extrusion dies.
H21 is a hot work tool steel recognized by its high heat resistance, excellent wear-resistance and excellent processing property,exhibition nice stability in hear treatment. It remains dependable when the temperature is up to 650℃.H21 is particularly useful hot forging and blanking dies and punches for making nuts,bolts and other similar small component, Forming dies, shear blades,hot extrusion dies, die holder ,and extrusion liners are also prime applications for this steel.
L6 It exhibits high i***ct toughness and good resistance to softening at elevated temperature.The steel also exhibits good resistance to thermal shock and thermal fatigue cracking,and relatively small dimension
changes during hardening, it is suitable for forging dies of all types,plastic molds ,hot shear knives,punches
backing plates,die holders etc.
